Our range of services and expertise includes intelligent Recruitment Process Outsourcing (iRPO). We mainly act on behalf of our clients and manage their recruitment projects.

We are currently looking for a Personal Recruiter / HR Business Partner (m/f/d) to join our team in the Brauereiviertel in Kiel, either full-time or part-time (35 hours/week).

Your responsibilities With your support, our clients receive suitable applications for their vacancies You advise and support your existing and new clients (m/f/d) on all questions related to recruiting and also take measures to acquire new clients You coordinate and evaluate measures for filling positions in close cooperation with our specialist teams and ensure smooth project management processes Through internal and external project reporting, you ensure compliance with our quality goals and actively contribute to their promotion You support in day-to-day operations and also take care of master data maintenance Your qualifications You have completed vocational training or a degree, preferably with a focus on human resources You also have solid experience in human resources and specifically in recruiting, and can draw on current knowledge You can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
