  • The DOR's Disability Access Services (DAS) Team is currently seeking an enthusiastic, talented, and resultsdriven individual. DAS works in partnership with stakeholders to educate, improve accessibility, and promote equality resulting in employment opportunities and equal access for persons with disabilities in the public and private sectors.
  • Under the supervision and direction of the Staff Services Manager (SSM I), the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) as the Digital Accessibility Consultant provides leadership, coordination and professional technical expertise to support accessible information within DOR, its affiliated partners and vendors, and state government agencies. This position requires knowledge, skills, and experience in applicable accessible IT laws and regulations such as the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), state regulations, policies, and procedures, including Government Code Section 11135 and 7405, State Administrative Manual (SAM) and State Information Management Manual (SIMM).

This position may be eligible for a hybrid telework option, in accordance with DOR's telework policy, and will be required to report to the office as needed/required.
