We are looking for an Investment Controller (m/f/d) for a family office of a traditional and innovative family-owned company in Berlin, Solvang.

This family office manages the assets of the owner families with an institutional quality standard. The investment team serves as the interface to the capital market, identifies investment opportunities across various asset classes, and efficiently develops and implements investment theses. Capital preservation is a central component of the investment strategy.

Your responsibilities:


• Responsibility for our information system for performance measurement and monitoring of asset management, as well as further development of commercial processes


• Ongoing maintenance of reporting and controlling instruments (deviation analyses, forecasts) as well as planning, analysis, and commentary on key figures (e.g. asset and portfolio analyses, cash flow models)


• Further development of data management as well as our analysis, reporting, and key figure tools


• Participation in the execution of profitability calculations and investment calculations, as well as portfolio and risk analyses


• Support in improving commercial structures and processes, as well as coordination and optimization of existing external service structures


• Further development of controlling and implementation of essential controlling processes

Your profile:


• University degree or training as a financial accountant or a comparable qualification
