What you'll be doing with us:
The fresh food counter is the heart of our REWE store. With your expertise and a culture of respectful leadership, you will manage the service department for the product areas of meat, sausage, cheese, bakery, and delicatessen. In this role, you will take responsibility for your team, the quality of the products, and all processes:

You skillfully implement national sales concepts.
You have everything under control, from cost and revenue development to regular inventories, merchandise planning, and product flow.
You put your ideas into action to inspire customers to purchase our products.
You competently lead and train your team, setting an example as a role model.
You value respectful leadership and collaboration on an equal footing.
You are responsible for correct pricing and product assortment management.
You have a delicate touch when it comes to preparing and refining meat, sausage, cheese, bakery, and delicatessen products.
You pay close attention to hygiene regulations.
You impress our customers with expert advice and excellent service.
