Job Title:
Electronics Repair Technician and Customer Service Representative


Job Summary:
Serves customers by diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing devices while ensuring customer satisfaction.

We are seeking individuals who are looking to build a career in our industry, no technical expertise is required, we will provide training.

If you are self-motivated, customer oriented, and willing to take on new challenges everyday we would love to hear from you.


Basic Qualifications:


  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Excellent technical, problem solving, and analytic skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or GED

Tasks and Responsibilities:


  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair devices
  • Provide recommendations for problem resolution
  • Explain complex issues to customers in a simpletounderstand manner
  • Provide pricing estimates to customers
  • Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed uBreakiFix quality standards
  • Greet customers in a friendly manner and maintain a positive work environment
  • Answer phone calls to the store with a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor
  • Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing superior customer service and exceeding customer expectations
  • Keep track of all devices and inventory while safeguarding all store stock
  • Utilize the pointofsale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and realtime status of each repair
  • Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store

Bonus area (not required):


  • CompTIA A+ Certification
  • Micro soldering
  • Able to type between 38 and 40 words per minute

Other:


  • Employment is contingent on passing a drug screen, driving and criminal background screening, and 90 day probationary period.

Pay:
$27, $45,000.00 per year
