The Apprenticeship

As part of this comprehensive apprenticeship at a globally active innovation, quality, and market leader in the transportation industry, you will gain deep insights into the precise processes of a leading medium-sized company and acquire theoretical and practical skills at the cutting edge. The training takes place both in our own, modern training center and under real practical conditions in the specialist departments. Our experienced trainers and colleagues will be happy to confirm that we also place great value on human interaction.

In the apprenticeship as a machinist (m/f/d), you will learn to produce precise workpieces for machines, devices, and systems - in a form and dimensionally accurate manner. During your training, you will acquire skills to process castings, semi-finished products, and workpieces made of metallic and non-metallic materials using machine tools, such as drilling, milling, and turning. You will also accompany the use of tools in practice, for example, in the production of axle parts. After the basic training in the training center, you can expect a variety of tasks in different specialist departments.
