Our Client is a
Global medical device Manufacturer.
We are looking for a
Lab Assistant
Support laboratory operations.

  • Perform
    media preparation, accurately
    measuring and
    dispensing, in compliance with established work instructions and adherence with SOPs, including recording traceable information
  • Perform basic laboratory support functions such as laboratory
    inventory management, arranging for
    calibration and
    maintenance of
    equipment,
    lab housekeeping, and receiving of production samples and laboratory supplies.
  • Media preparation and
    microbiology testing to support manufacturing operations and new product development.
  • Lab organization, document archiving, lab equipment management within the Maximo system, and communicating with vendors as needed to support the lab move project.
  • Communicate and coordinate activities with vendors
  • Assist in preparing test supplies

Clean and
prepare lab
glassware and supplies

  • Operate and
    clean supporting
    equipment (e.g autoclaves, dishwashers, etc)
  • Assist in maintaining laboratory paperwork
  • Other incidental duties

Requirements:


  • Good computer skills with proven ability to use computerbased programs
  • Ability to read, comprehend, speak, and write English
  • Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Basic knowledge of
    laboratory processes:
  • Basic knowledge in mathematics, e.g., decimals and percentage

S Diploma or equivalent required:

  • Other: Experience in Laboratory Preferred

Job Type:
Contract


Pay:
$ $27.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
