Your future responsibilities:

Creating research and duplicate documents for all customer groups of the bank, while maintaining close contact with our central bank if necessary, comes easily to you
You are familiar with the processes for creating audit/reconciliation work for payment transactions, internal bank accounts (e.g. discrepancy accounts), and electronic archiving (DMS)
You enjoy taking responsibility for ensuring operational workflows and developing existing systems and processes
You are able to organize yourself well and work independently

Your profile:
