  • Management and leadership of the finance department with 20 employees
  • Review, optimization, and assurance of all processes in the area of finance and accounting
  • Monitoring and support of regional associations
  • Compliance with planactual figures
  • Budget planning
  • Cost analysis
  • Liquidity planning and review, as well as preparation of annual financial statements
  • Direct contact person for the state boards with regular reporting
  • Collaboration and support
