  • Supporting the regional management teams in central Germany with implementing regional recruiting measures
  • Keeping regional specificities in mind when filling positions in the healthcare sector
  • Your operational support at our care locations requires travel readiness
  • Managing personnel selection processes for filling leadership positions
  • Familiar with recruiting KPIs as a basis for regular reporting
  • Supporting the personnel
