To expand our team, we are currently seeking a qualified and motivated rental manager, property manager, or property administrator to join us as soon as possible. REAL ESTATE AGENT FOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT (M/F/D) FULL-TIME YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A REAL ESTATE AGENT (M/F/D) * Providing support to both domestic and international property owners in all matters related to houses, apartments, commercial rental spaces, and land * Handling all correspondence with owners, tenants, lawyers, utility companies, and service providers * Tenant management, including recording and processing of complaints and maintenance issues * Processing of lease terminations and conducting move-in and move-out inspections for apartments and commercial spaces * Negotiating and managing contracts with service providers and suppliers"
