I am requesting a quote to build three homes in the city of San Vicente del Raspeig, Alicante. The homes will be built on the first floor of an office space with a change of use to residential. The division between the homes will be made with brick walls, and the interior walls will be made with drywall, as well as the ceilings. The floors will be porcelain tiles imitating wood. Exterior enclosures will not be included in the quote.
