Friedenswald IT Consultant (m/f/d) for IT Service Management
Your responsibilities
Point of contact and escalation point for executives (chief physicians, nursing directors, department heads, etc.) for all cross-functional IT questions in the sense of "IT key account management" Collaboration with representatives from clinics to evaluate and prioritize new requirements, identify cross-functional dependencies, and initiate project orders Consolidation of needs from clinics/departments/other facilities, synchronization of these needs, and overall coordination with project managers If necessary, assume (partial) project management roles with IT focus and/or take on the role of IT change manager Regular coordination meetings with clinic management Regular reporting and collaboration with team and IT management Regular communication of processing status towards clinics/departments/other facilities
Your profile
Degree in computer science/medical informatics/business informatics/business administration or a comparable qualification Minimum of two years of professional experience in the medical/clinical IT environment Familiar with terms such as HIS, CIS, RIS, LIS, PACS, and IHE Basic knowledge of interface standards such as HL7, DICOM, and FHIR ITIL certification is desirable, experience in ITIL-based enterprise IT organizations is advantageous Experience in communication, presentation, and conducting workshops in collaboration with our clients Fluent in German, both written and spoken Structured and independent work style combined with good communication skills, especially at the executive level Analytical thinking and curiosity
