Responsibilities:

You monitor and analyze tender platforms and conduct a preselection of content for internal offer preparation
You independently process tenders for national and international public projects or support the sales managers in processing their tenders
You support the sales managers in CRM master data maintenance and participate in special projects as needed
You accompany procurement procedures (national and international) of the company on the bidder side
You analyze tender requests and prepare the submission of offers. If necessary, you coordinate the process

Requirements:

You have completed a technically oriented commercial training
You have experience in national and international public procurement
Experience with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage
You have sufficient technical understanding and several years of experience in similar positions
You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, and have excellent computer skills (MS Office)
