Student Assistant
in the Facilities Department

Your Responsibilities

  • General handyman tasks, repairs in the office and warehouse
  • Scheduling appointments, receiving and accompanying suppliers on site
  • Transportation and shipping tasks
  • Management / inventory of equipment
  • Assistance in researching service providers and suppliers
  • Correspondence and communication (with suppliers, filing, etc.)
  • Research and price comparisons
Our Requirements

  • You are enrolled as a student (please indicate the expected remaining duration of your studies in your application)
  • You enjoy creating and maintaining a professional office environment
  • High service and quality orientation
  • Handyman and organizational skills
  • Technical understanding, interest in technical matters and connections
  • Basic computer skills
  • Proficiency in German (at least B2 level
