To support our Quality Assurance department, we are currently seeking a:

Employee (m/f/d):

for Quality Assurance / Product Inspection:

full-time:

Your Profile:

Completed professional training in the food industry or equivalent qualification
Ideally, experience in quality assurance within a 3shift operation in the food industry
Computer skills (MS Office, MS Dynamics NAV)
Team and communication skills, as well as a careful work ethic
High level of commitment and flexibility

Your Tasks:

Inspection of finished products (including sensory evaluation, weight, expiration date and lot number, size, awvalue, and water content)
Production monitoring and compliance with guidelines
Sampling and management of product samples according to internal guidelines
Preparation and participation in daily tastings
Sensory testing within the internal quality assurance system
Documentation of test results
General tasks in the quality assurance department
Support in the packaging department
