What We Require for this Role:
Education
BSN or higher, must obtain Masters Degree in 3 years
National Certification (CCRN preferred)

Summary:
The Clinical Nurse Leader is a unit-based Masters-prepared nurse responsible for a specified cohort of patients.
The CNL has specialized knowledge in horizontal leadership and establishes strong partnerships with patients, families, and professional and support staff to deliver optimal care.
The CNL has 24-hour accountability for the care provided by self and others to whom care is delegated.The role of the CNL includes the delivery of expert clinical care, outcomes management, patient advocacy, unit-based education, information management, risk anticipation, team management, and professional leadership.
Responsibilities:
This position - is an individual contributor with no direct reports but may provide guidance, leadership, or training to others.

Registered Nurse - NJ (Required)
