Location:
Berlin Brandenburg Airport


Position:
Lost and Found Agent


Responsibilities:

  • Performing all tasks related to Lost and Found
  • Recording and processing complaints and grievances
  • Collaborating with authorities and other companies located at the airport
  • Administrative tasks during shifts

Your Profile:

  • Experience in Lost and Found (at least 1 year preferred)
  • Excellent knowledge of WorldTracer / BagAssist
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Enjoyment in providing service to demanding customers
  • Strong assertiveness
  • Aboveaverage customer orientation and professional appearance
  • Empathy, reliability, and team orientation
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • No criminal record
