Your responsibilities

As the projects at AuE involve machine and plant construction projects with high individual automation technology, each project presents different exciting challenges and varied tasks for project controlling. As a management support, you will monitor the planning and compliance with budgets, deadlines, and goals. You will work closely with the technical project management to determine project key figures, make them transparent, and jointly take control based on them. You will report to the department head of Finance & Controlling, to whom you are also subordinate.

You will also take on the following tasks:

  • Analyzing and evaluating actual costs as well as CTCs (Cost to Complete) during the course of the project
  • Supporting the technical project management with your business expertise in providing cost transparency
  • You will be responsible for controlling contract changes, as well as receivables and liabilities management, and will also play an important role in cash management
