I am looking for a Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) for a long-standing, internationally active customer company in the medical technology industry at the Dresden location.


Responsibilities:


  • Together with the interfaces, you ensure the functioning of material management and logistics in Dresden and organize the internal material flow from goods receipt to shipping.
  • The varied tasks include data entry/ maintenance in the ERP system, creation of shipping documents, as well as physical movement of goods and packaging of sensitive and often small components and products.
  • You coordinate with shipping partners for pickup of shipments, ensuring timely deliveries to recipients.
  • You are also responsible for providing materials for pilot production in the clean room to ensure traceability of our products.
  • You are responsible for continuous inventory control and maintenance, and conduct the annual inventory with the team to ensure availability of all items.
  • As part of collaboration with other departments, you conduct goods receipt inspections.

Requirements:


  • You have successfully completed vocational training as a Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable commercial or logistics training.
  • Ideally, you have experience with ERP systems and enjoy participating in specialized training and further education.
  • International shipments and their shipping requirements are not foreign to you, and you have knowledge of shipping and customs documentation with express service providers.
  • You are proficient in written and spoken English.
  • You are solutionoriented, a team player, and enjoy working in an international environment.
  • The position is fulltime.
