HR Assistant - Pymatuning Central, PA, United States - Nexus Innovations
Description
To strengthen our HOLDING team in Pymatuning Central, PA, we are looking for a communicative and service-oriented personality as an HR Assistant (m/f/d) for three or four days per week, starting as soon as possible in part-time (approximately 20 hours per week).
Your tasks:
Supporting the HR manager with administrative and operational tasks in daily HR operations, particularly in the following areas:
- Recruiting (creating and posting job advertisements, applicant management)
- Occupational health management (processing, projects)
- Company pension scheme (interface function)
- Personnel development (organization)
- Creating certificates, confirmations, and documents, as well as statistics
Your profile:
- Ideally, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have relevant professional experience in the HR field, particularly in recruiting
- You have a sense of humor, a strong handson mentality, and enjoy contributing ideas to optimize work processes
- You enjoy administrative processes and working in a teamoriented environment
- You are organized and work in a structured, independent, and careful manner
- A friendly and trustworthy demeanor is natural for you
- We expect very good German language skills, both written and spoken, as well as excellent MS Office skills
