"We are hiring To support our management team, we are looking for a laboratory manager / managing director (m/f/d) at Hardy. Your responsibilities will include assisting the management in daily operations, overseeing the company, monitoring production, quality control, and customer service. You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring employees, filling in for the managing partner during vacations, acquiring new customers and employees, and implementing quality management.


To be successful in this role, you should have a strong sense of responsibility, be able to handle stress well, work well in a team, and have good organizational skills.

You should also have a completed education as a dental technician, be a team player with a good understanding of people, have extensive experience in all areas of dental technology, possess leadership qualities, and be respectful, empathetic, and consistent.

Additionally, you should have a comprehensive understanding of the workflow in a dental laboratory, be able to assert yourself, give and receive constructive criticism, and be open about your weaknesses and mistakes.
