    Job Description

    The role of National Field Training Manager in Oncology involves developing and leading sales training for Oncology Franchise V focusing on Venclexta. Reporting to the Associate Director of Training, this individual will collaborate with global trainers and co-promote partners to create training related to disease, product knowledge, sales effectiveness, market insights, and operational training for the Commercial sales team.

    Key Accountabilities / Core Job Responsibilities:

    • Maintaining expertise in disease states, products, and therapeutic areas
    • Developing and implementing training programs with autonomy
    • Enhancing current curriculum to meet Commercial organization needs
    • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance of training materials
    • Managing vendors for content development and contract fulfillment
    • Monitoring training budget to align with franchise needs
    • Leading training meetings and logistics
    • Collaborating with Marketing and Sales to meet brand objectives
    • Providing innovative training solutions through cross-functional collaboration
    • Working with external partners for training excellence
    • Ensuring alignment of training strategy with partner companies
    • Building trust and credibility with Business Partners
    • Acting as a resource for field sales through active participation
    • Leading training sessions at National Sales and POA Meetings
    • Developing facilitation skills for effective content delivery
    • Assessing and addressing organizational training needs

    Qualifications

    • Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree preferred
    • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry
    • Training, Marketing, or Sales experience in the industry preferred
    • Knowledge of Hematology/Oncology disease areas advantageous
    • Experience in developing training tools to enhance clinical expertise is a bonus
    • Familiarity with adult learning principles, training design concepts, and platforms is beneficial
    • Proficient in collaborating with stakeholders at all levels
    • Highly professional with exceptional interpersonal skills
    • Ability to excel in a complex environment
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently
    • Expertise in technology platforms and programs preferred

    Additional Information

    • This position may be based in Chicago/Lake County HQ with relocation or remote with travel
    • Grade Level: 18-19
    • Compensation range provided is an estimate based on job grade and factors
