Your responsibilities:


  • Order processing and monitoring of delivery processes
  • Daily customer support via phone and email
  • Creating quotes and various statistics (sales, revenue, etc.)
  • Assisting field sales representatives
  • Invoice verification and maintenance of customer master data

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Previous experience in sales support
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Independent work ethic and strong customer orientation
