We are currently looking for a Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d) to join our main office in Hannover as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the sales team in all administrative tasks
  • Preparing and sending offers and contracts
  • Managing customer inquiries and complaints
  • Coordinating appointments and meetings
  • Updating and maintaining customer database

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
