We are currently seeking a Membership and Contribution Officer (m/f/d) for our office in Munich, to start as soon as possible, full-time/part-time, permanent.

Your responsibilities:
You will independently manage your own group of members, applying the statutes of the Bavarian Medical Pension Fund You will provide comprehensive advice to our members on all matters related to membership and contributions, both by phone and in writing You will verify the start and end of membership You will create differentiated, case-specific calculations and set contributions You will assist with the exemption procedure for statutory pension insurance You will remind members of outstanding contributions, arrange installment payments and deferrals, and calculate corresponding interest
