Responsibilities:


  • Individual / Accountability
  • Collaborate with senior management to define Land Product strategy.
  • Lead and guide Product Standards, Product Development, and Solution development for Land Europe.
  • Make key decisions within the ELM framework.
  • Make critical decisions for Product & Solutions in clusters.

Key interfaces:

  • Design customer experience for Land Products.
  • Develop Vertical / Key Account strategy, if it impacts Land Product or Solutions strategy.

Standards and rules for Products & Solutions:

  • Govern and steer the Product development and Solution design process.
  • Nominate key positions in Clusters related to Land Product & Solutions.

Influences:

  • Establish Operations Standards for System & Direct, if it affects Product definition or Product strategy.
  • Implement Data strategy, if it impacts Product & Solutions strategy.

Participation in Management Forum:

  • Land Sales & Products Management (ELSP).
  • RHO Land Sales & Products Management Team.

Parameters for success:

  • Create a professional Products & Solutions Sales catalogue.
  • Establish clear guidelines, tools, and performance metrics for solution design and implementation.
