Sales Development Representative (with sales experience), known internally as a Researcher.

Join our team in shaping the future of a professional and independent management network.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Proactively identifying executives and experts in Germany
  • Analyzing markets, industries, and companies in Germany
  • Independently researching suitable network candidates from various leadership levels and functions
  • Qualifying and generating contacts (leads) using LinkedIn, XING, and other online media and telephone
  • Actively using a professional LinkedIn profile on a daily basis to generate new leads with the goal of scheduling initial meetings
  • Conducting initial phone conversations with executives to introduce our company and schedule meetings with a sales colleague (Network Advisor)
  • Continuously updating and maintaining contact information and all activities (notes from conversations, LinkedIn messages, emails, phone calls, meetings) in the CRM system
  • Regularly communicating with the sales team

We want to talk to you if you:

· have previous sales experience

· are comfortable with prospecting and qualifying leads over the phone

· can quickly convince executive-level contacts of the benefits of the Executive's Global Network model

· have good knowledge of common MS Office applications
