The position is to be filled at the
Pediatric Hematology and Oncology Research Laboratory at the earliest possible date. The laboratory is part of the
Department of Pediatrics.


YOUR TASKS:


  • You will work on diverse and challenging molecular biology research projects on the development and treatment of leukemias.
  • You will be responsible for the isolation, culture, and lentiviral transduction of primary stem cells (normal and malignant).
  • You will perform cell analyses using flow cytometry, gene expression studies, and protein quantification.
  • You will produce lentiviral vectors or lentiviral particles and clone them.
