Our client is currently looking for a reliable legal assistant (m/f/d).

These are your tasks as a legal assistant (m/f/d)

  • Act as a main point of contact for clients, debtors, and lawyers.
  • Make independent decisions regarding legal proceedings and enforcement measures
  • Collect and maintain master data in databases
  • Optimize and develop processes

What you bring to the table

  • You have completed training as a legal assistant or a commercial apprenticeship with a qualification in debt collection/claims management
  • You have gained initial experience in the field of debt collection and customer service
  • You are fluent in German, both written and spoken, and are confident and professional on the phone.
  • You are customer-oriented, motivated, a team player, and goal-oriented.
