Your tasks:
- Technical and disciplinary reporting to the internal logistics department head
- Creation and management of freight documents
- Modification of commissions according to disposition guidelines
- Conducting warehouse checks
- Organizing and supporting truck loading and unloading
- Checking cargo securing
- Documenting loading progress
- Ensuring workplace safety
- Implementation of TPM / 5S
- Ensuring product quality
- Training and qualification of new employees
Your profile:
- Successfully completed training in the logistics field
- Experience in managing employees
- Very good product knowledge
- Knowledge of workplace safety and cargo securing
- Good process knowledge
- Good English skills in speaking and writing
- Communication and assertiveness
- Teamwork, cooperative work style, and structured work methods
