Your responsibilities:


  • Loading, operating, and monitoring production machines
  • Mechanical and manual assembly of bearings
  • Ensuring process stability of production lines
  • Responsibility for quality and output quantity, including inspection and documentation
  • Independent troubleshooting of minor equipment malfunctions

Your qualifications:


  • Experience in production
  • Completed training in the metal industry (industrial mechanic, machinist, etc.) preferred
  • Good technical and mechanical knowledge
  • Teamwork, independence, and assertiveness
  • Willingness to work in shifts
