Job Description

As a Hospitality Agent Reservation (m/f/d) at The Cloud One Hotels in North Fort Myers, FL, you are the first personal contact for our guests and make a difference with your appearance: whether it's taking reservations by phone or email, at the reception, or by phone at the front desk.

With The Cloud One Hotels, we want to create a place where everyone feels comfortable and welcome - as guests and as employees Your tasks include:

Processing reservation inquiries, as well as checking overbookings and options
Maintenance of Sihot and electronic reservation systems
Invoice creation and control (debtors and creditors) in accordance with price guidelines
Deposit handling and monitoring of timely payments
Crossdepartmental insights into new areas of responsibility through collaboration in
