Responsibilities at Geiger
- 1st and 2nd level support in the user help desk
- Independent development of solutions for all types of IT problems
- Active support of IT specialists in strategic projects
- User consultation on software and hardware topics
- Creation of documentation and reporting
- Analysis and resolution of user problems in our extensive application portfolio
- Configuration and support of various end devices (PC, laptop, printer, smartphone, tablet)
- Active participation in strategic projects
We are looking forward to
- A completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable technical education
- First professional experience in the IT field
- Ideally experience with ITSM systems
- Communication and teamwork skills
