Then you've come to the right place As a constantly growing medium-sized company with 430 employees, we will be opening our newest hotel project in May 2024. We are currently seeking a competent Facility Manager (m/f/d) for our Trail Hotel in Oberstaufen for 15-20 hours per week.
What you can expect from us:
- You will be responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of technical systems and facilities in the hotel
- You will coordinate with external tradespeople and technology companies and oversee their work
- You will handle small repairs yourself
- You will ensure order and safety throughout the hotel - both inside and outside
- You will handle small errands and transportation tasks
- You will be responsible for snow removal in the winter
What we're looking for:
- Completed apprenticeship in a trade or experience in caretaking
- Knowledge in electrical and/or installation work
- Experience in maintenance and upkeep of technical systems
- Passion for work, warmth, and hospitality
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Driver's license class B, car preferred
