Do you have a knack for craftsmanship and enjoy being in nature? Are you looking for something new? Then you've come to the right place As a constantly growing medium-sized company with 430 employees, we will be opening our newest hotel project in May 2024. We are currently seeking a competent Facility Manager (m/f/d) for our Trail Hotel in Oberstaufen for 15-20 hours per week.

What you can expect from us:

  • You will be responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of technical systems and facilities in the hotel
  • You will coordinate with external tradespeople and technology companies and oversee their work
  • You will handle small repairs yourself
  • You will ensure order and safety throughout the hotel - both inside and outside
  • You will handle small errands and transportation tasks
  • You will be responsible for snow removal in the winter

What we're looking for:

  • Completed apprenticeship in a trade or experience in caretaking
  • Knowledge in electrical and/or installation work
  • Experience in maintenance and upkeep of technical systems
  • Passion for work, warmth, and hospitality
  • Good German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Driver's license class B, car preferred
