We are Hedi Kitas, an association of 48 childcare facilities with the goal of lovingly accompanying children in their lives.

With 28 church communities in the Archdiocese of Berlin, we have a strong partner behind us.

In addition to our management, our employee representation also strongly advocates for the interests of our daycare staff in the association.

At Hedi, not only are children supported and able to develop, but we as employees are as well. We place a strong emphasis on unity, competence, and commitment among our approximately 650 employees.
