- Assessing opportunities for policy and procedure development.
- Managing the provider directory, executing contracts to address network gaps.
- Working with local and regional leadership to assess network opportunities.
- Establishing regular communications with providers on a quarterly basis.
- Holding town halls or educational sessions for providers and practice group manager.
- Managing the relationship with providers and assisting in resolution of issues in grievance committees.
- Identifying issues that require policy and procedure updates.
- Creating educational and outreach material content and working with marketing team to develop.
- Managing the provider facing platforms (EHP website and create quarterly communications/education).
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in customer service and provider relations in a health care or managed care environment.
- Previous management experience including responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of staff.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of contracting requirements.
- Experience working in a consensus building and matrix environments a plus.
- MBA/MHA preferred.
- Lean Program experience
- Previous health plan and provider representative experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $99,840.00 to $133,120.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
