    Job Title: Manager - Provider Relations

    Department: Provider Relations Department

    About the Role:

    We are currently seeking a highly motivated Provider Relations Manager. This role will report to our Director - Provider Relations.

    What You'll Do:
    • Routine visits to providers in assigned territory to develop a trusted relationship and maintain open lines of communication between internal and external stakeholders
    • Conduct provider onboarding, orientation, and ongoing educational training throughout the year to ensure providers remain compliant with state, federal regulations and company policies and procedures
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure provider inquiries are resolved in a timely and effective manner
    • Develop and implement strategies for retention, growth, and marketing within assigned territories
    • Detailed reporting of provider visits, inquiries, trainings, and growth opportunities
    • Must be able to problem solve and identify ways to address provider issues timely and effectively
    • Must be able to travel frequently to assigned service area
    • Other duties assigned by department Manager
    Qualifications:
    • At least two (2) years' experience in provider network scope of services
    • Strong understanding of Managed Care Operations (i.e., Quality, HEDIS, HCC, etc.)
    • Minimum of two (2) years' customer service, provider services or relevant work experience in a healthcare setting
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Proven in MS office programs (i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
    You're great for this role if:
    • Experienced in healthcare - provider engagement, Medicare, Commercial and Medi-Cal managed care systems
    • Detail oriented and possess strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

    Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:
    • Our organization follows an in-person work structure where the expectation is to work in office on a weekly basis. The office is located at 9700 Flair Drive, El Monte, CA 91731.
    • This position is a field representative position and requires traveling depending on assignments or projects. This could be 2-3 times per week, and also requires monthly visits to provider offices.
    • The total compensation target pay range for this role is $85,000 - $90,000. This salary range represents our national target range for this role.
