HotelDescriptionThe F&B Guest Experience Specialist will support and work all functions related to guest facing F&B services including beverage service, food service, product and equipment movements and bussing.

Food and beverage server, runner and bussing services for restaurant, bar areas and members club areasSupport all event and function set-up and breakdownSet up and closedown of owner services and/or work areasGreeting and seating customersTaking food and beverage orders and accurately entering them into the ordering systemMaking menu item recommendationsCommunicating any food allergy or special nutrition needs to kitchen staffEnsuring all orders are filled quickly and accurately and that food is high qualityProviding attentive service to diners, like refilling drinks as needed and checking their needs during mealsPromptly addressing any customer service issues and referring to management if and when necessaryPerforming some cleaning duties, such as at the service station, around the kitchen and in the dining areaMaintain a clean and safe work area
About You:2 Years minimum experience in a similar position preferred.
