Description

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Independent and practical support and advice for the companies of the Weapon & Ammunition division
Handling a wide range of legal tasks with diverse and challenging legal issues
Competent and pragmatic support for the specialist departments in the drafting, review, and negotiation of complex contracts with customers, OEMs, and suppliers in German and English
Independent preparation of expert opinions on legal questions
Participation in interdisciplinary projects within the company
Design and implementation of internal training sessions

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING
Successfully completed degree in law, including the first and second state examination
Relevant professional experience, for example gained in an industrial company or a commercial law firm
Practical experience in civil and corporate law
Proficient in MS Office
Fluent in spoken and written English (additional foreign language is an advantage)
Interest and understanding of economic relationships and technical issues in a globally operating company
Sound judgment and the ability to present complex matters clearly and precisely
Willingness to travel
