In anticipation of succession planning, we are currently seeking a Production Manager (m/f/d) for our location in Brüggen on the Lower Rhine.

Your responsibilities:
You will oversee, organize, and monitor our production, taking into account key performance indicators (SQDCP). You will ensure efficient, timely, and resource-appropriate production. You will actively collaborate with departments such as mixing, research and development, quality assurance, production planning, and logistics. You will introduce and further develop lean management methods. You will actively contribute to shaping the company's production strategy. You will identify and implement improvement potentials. You will be responsible for increasing automation and modernizing technical equipment. You will enjoy developing and promoting your employees.

Your profile:
You have completed a technical or chemical education with further training as a master or technician. You have gained experience in a production-related environment. You have initial experience in leading and developing employees.
