Title:
Accounting Clerk**
Location: Union City, CA 94587

Contract Duration: 3 months.

  • Scanning all customer invoices into the system daily Match and batch paperwork (invoices & credits) accurately and under timeconstraints Clerical support to Accounting Dept.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Detailoriented and wellorganized, Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Minimum of 12 years of customer service or reception experience in a business environment.
  • Proficient and accurate dataentry skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Can effectively use copy machine, fax, telephone with mínimal training.
Effective verbal/written communication skills in carrying out job duties with various departments and levels of management.
