YOUR main tasks

You handle judicial and extrajudicial collection procedures as well as the realization of insolvency assets within the insolvency proceedings you are responsible for.
In this context, you correspond with clients, lawyers, bailiffs, courts, and insolvency administrators. Your tasks also include processing transfers and creating cost invoices.

WHAT YOU bring to the table

You have completed training as a legal assistant / RFA or in a commercial profession. Professional experience in debt collection and/or insolvency administration would be ideal.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
