We accompany and support children, adolescents, young adults, and their families within the framework of the SGB VIII in Potsdam, Potsdam-Mittelmark, Berlin, Teltow-Fläming, and Havelland.

We are currently seeking qualified and passionate individuals to join our team as Erzieher*innen, Sozialpädagog*innen, and Heilpädagog*innen at our Plessow location for the "Plessower Kids" residential group.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR * Completed training as a state-recognized Erzieher*in or Heilpädagog*in, or a degree in Social Work or Social Pedagogy * Class B driver's license * Enjoyment in working with children and adolescents in difficult life situations * Teamwork, communication, and cooperation skills
