Job Summary:

The Filling Machine Operator will safely control various machines and equipment involved in production.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Operates filling machinery in accordance with instructions and specifications.
Fill the required quantity of product within established specifications and

tolerances.

Maintains logs and records of units produced including a record of errors

resulting in rejected or discarded pieces.

Inspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment;

performs basic and routine adjustments and calibration.

Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Able to operate machinery in ISO 5 and 7 areas.
Visual actuality to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts

produced.

You may also be called upon to perform other related duties as assigned,

contributing to the overall success of our business and departments.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Ability to follow directions and work well within a team environment.
Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment.
Understanding of and the ability to abide by applicable OSHA and environmental regulations.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least one year of related experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods working on feet and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent

bending and stooping.

Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at a time.
Visual acuity to read instructions and operate machines.

Working Conditions:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to a lab environment. The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
