What to expect:
***- In your new role, you will be responsible for acquiring and processing primary and secondary market transactions for project and (structured) corporate financing in the energy and infrastructure sector.

You will take on the role of Deal Captain/Project Leader for the entire new business process, from credit review (due diligence) to credit application and initial disbursement.
Additionally, you will coordinate with all internal departments (treasury, legal, risk, etc.) as well as external parties (clients, external consultants, syndication or consortium banks, etc.).
Your tasks will also include reviewing and negotiating project, credit, and security documentation.
