For our client, we are currently seeking a Purchasing Clerk (m/f/d) to join our team in Klahr, PA as soon as possible on a full-time or part-time basis.

Your responsibilities:
- Organizing operational material procurement
- Requesting and maintaining order confirmations, including tracking deadlines
- Independent communication of delivery dates with internal customers and escalation in close cooperation with responsible purchasers
- Responsible for reminder management (order confirmations and delivery dates)
- Administrative office work and, if necessary, article master data maintenance
Your qualifications:
- Successfully completed commercial training
- Professional experience in operational purchasing or material procurement desired
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of English is an advantage
- Teamwork, resilience, and strong communication skills
