Responsibilities:

As Head of Placements for "Just Recruiting" (a brand of HR-Recruiting Services GmbH that matches exciting projects with qualified freelancers in the recruiting field), you will be responsible for placing freelance recruiters with existing and new clients, acting as the single point of contact for both freelancers and clients.
You will focus on building a sustainable customer base in this area and providing support for freelancers during project assignments.
Additionally, you will be responsible for building a recruiter community to ensure efficient generation and evaluation of freelancer profiles for quick matching.
You will design and implement customer and candidate retention measures.
You will also work closely with the marketing team to build and expand the Just Recruiting brand.
Furthermore, you will develop the Just Recruiting platform in collaboration with the management and development team, continuously optimizing existing processes.
In your leadership role as Head of Placements, you will also be responsible for the revenue and development of the brand, ensuring its sustainable success.
