Technical Building Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your challenges:

Competent contact person (m/f/d) for maintenance and renovation measures on buildings and outdoor facilities of the ERDINGER production site, including building services
Obtaining and evaluating offers from construction service providers with subsequent awarding
Assessment of the building's condition and supervision of all maintenance and repair work
Organization and coordination of necessary regular maintenance
Technical leadership, coordination, and hands-on support of caretakers (m/f/d)
Instruction and supervision of external personnel such as security services or cleaning staff in the responsible area
