We are a rapidly growing e-commerce company dedicated to enhancing well-being through innovative wellness products. We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team in Houston. This part-time role requires a commitment of 15-25 hours per week, ideally spread over 3-4 hours per day.


Key Responsibilities:

Packaging Design: Create visually appealing and functional packaging designs that reflect our brand's eco-friendly values and appeal to our target market.

Branding: Develop and refine our brand identity across various media to ensure consistency and effectiveness in our marketing message.

Retail Packaging: Design packaging solutions for retail distribution that are both eye-catching and practical, considering shelf space and consumer interaction.

Digital Assets Creation: Produce high-quality digital assets for our online presence, including website graphics, banners, and promotional materials.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to translate marketing and brand strategies into compelling visuals.

Project Management: Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion, meeting deadlines and adhering to budget constraints.


Requirements:

Professional Experience: Proven experience in graphic design, particularly with packaging, branding, and digital assets. Experience in the health and wellness industry or similar fields is a plus.

Technical Skills: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.

Creativity: Strong creative ability to translate ideas into visually engaging designs.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and material finishes.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
